Jimmy has lived in Charlotte since he was six and considers himself an
authority on UNC Tarheel basketball. He is married to Patty, his wife
of twenty-five years and together they have two children, Tyler and
Taylor Anne.
He loves to golf, garden and vacation at the beach with his family. In
another life, Jimmy was a youth pastor for sixteen years before feeling
led to plant a church in the Ballantyne/Indian Land area. In addition to
his responsibilities with CROSSPOINT, he works a couple of days a week
at the Ballantyne Village YMCA as a fitness instructor.

 Rachel is happily married to the man of her dreams - Jonathan...and falls farther in love each day. Together they have two children, Kennedy Gracelyn and Jaxen Memphis. Rachel feels that God has truly blessed her life and understanding it is beyond her comprehension; she is in awe of His daily grace.
In her free time, Rachel loves to sing and play piano, hang-out with her family and friends and is passionate about building relationships and seeing lives changed. Rachel knows that God has called her to this ministry and is excited to see where God is going to take it and feels privileged to be “along for the ride”.
